The second round of 1/8 On-road French championship has been organized by the famous RACG club near Grenoble on 11/13 May. The weather has been quite nice during the whole WE, the rain came on Saturday morning only and the track was dry quickly.

Thomas Eytard made a great TQ with his XRAY RX8 car powered RB CXR engine/RB fuel and even made the fastest lap track record !
âśThe car was so easy to use and very efficient that I only had to concentrate on my drivingâť said Thomas.
During the final, Thomas was 2nd behind Anthony A. and made a big mistake just 2 minutes before the end and lost podium chances.

The young B 2011 French champion Damien Thirion (XRAY RX8/RB CXR/RB fuel) finished 5th position.
Arnaud Chaussard who has stopped to race since 7 months (waiting a baby), decided to race at his home track and to build a RX8 car some days before the event, without any tests, made the 5th position in Qualification and went into the final where the throttle servo failed at 28 minutes unfortunately.

It has been a great race WE with very fast RX8 cars which impressed lot of drivers.
